Portal Access Request
The best way to add Portal users would be via our User Admin feature. If you would like access, please check off the box below, or contact Partner Support directly.
Otherwise, please fill out the fields below for each user. You do not have to fill in all ten forms. If you have more than ten users to request, you may fill out the form again after submission.
For reference:
- Full Access
Allows user to view and edit customer information, place accounts in/out of service, run reports, and place accounts on/off test. - Technician/Read-Only Access
View-only access with the ability to place accounts on or off test - Read-Only with Reporting
View-only access with the ability to place account on or off test and run reports.
