PERS Activation Dispositions
Below you will find an overview of dispositions used after attempting to communicate with PERS subscribers. These events are logged when the specialist is able to determine the cause of the activation.
EVENT | ACTION |
---|---|
FALL | The customer has fallen. |
HEART | The customer has heart/chest pains. |
ASSIST | Assistance is needed with a task, like calling someone or moving from the bed to a chair |
UNKNOW | Customer had other issue |
STATUS | Customer is checking on the status of EMS/agency |
PTEST | Customer or partner is testing unit |
ACC | Unit was activated by mistake |
FCIR | Customer had a request that should be redirected to customer service (account changes, technical issues, etc) |
NORESP | Cause not obtained; Customer did not respond |
NORING | Cause not obtained; 2-way voice call did not ring in |
DROP | Cause not obtained; 2-way voice call dropped |

Below you will find an overview of the specific event codes used when the specialist has completed handling the PERS alarm. This is the outcome or resolution of the alarm.

FCNS | Account Not Set Up: Account is not set up. |
FCM | EMS Dispatched: The Dispatch Agency has been notified (EMS, PD, FD). |
FCL | Contact Notified: Only the contact list was called |
FCCD | Cancel Dispatch: The agency was dispatched and then cancelled |

STP-Y | Stella PERS – Help Needed | Stella determined that the customer needs help. |
STP-OP | Stella PERS – Operator Needed | Stella determined that an operator is required to assist with the alarm. |
STP-UP | Stella PERS – Event Update | Indicates Stella cannot successfully complete an action. |
