Below you will find an overview of the most commonly used Call Dispositions logged in the event history by our monitoring specialists. A call disposition describes the outcome or status of the calls made to the premises, dispatch agency or call list.

EVENT ACTION DESCRIPTION
VP Verified By Indicates a correct passcode was provided by a verify contact
NV Not Verified By Indicates an incorrect passcode was provided by a verify contact
A Call Answered The phone was answered by a live person.
AB Call Aborted The specialist aborted the call.
AM Voice Mail – Left Message Left a message on an answering machine or voice mail.
BZ Telephone Busy Specialist reached a fast or busy signal.
CU Cellular Unavailable Specialist reached a recorded message that the cellular service is unavailable.
DC Disconnected Specialist reached a recorded message that the phone number has been disconnected.
FM Fax/Modem Answered Indicates a fax machine or modem answered.
NA No Answer No one answered or picked up.
NC Telephone Number Changed Specialist reached a recorded message states that the number has been changed.
NM Voice Mail – No Message Left Indicates an answering machine or voice mail picked up and the specialist did not leave a message.
NS Not In Service Specialist reached a recorded message stating the number dialed is not in service.
TR Trouble On Line Indicates the call did not ring at all, cuts off while ringing, or any other miscellaneous troubles experienced on a call.
CR Contact Reached The specialist reached the person who is listed on the contact list or premises.
LM Left Message With A message was left with a person who is not the designated contact.
NL No Longer on List Contact requested to no longer be called.
NR Runner Notified Indicates the runner has been notified regarding a UL account.
UM Unable to Leave Message With Indicates person on phone line cannot or will not take a message.
WAG Wrong Agency Number The dispatch agency phone number is incorrect.
WN Wrong Number Specialist was informed that they have called a wrong number.
