With the Alarm.com Integration with Affiliated’s APIs, you can improve operational efficiencies and easily sync customer information between both platforms. The additional features listed here can be self-activated through the Alarm.com Partner Portal.
- Zone Sync automatically updates Zone ID, sensor name, and description in our database whenever devices are added or removed from a customer’s system.
- Emergency Contacts can be viewed, edited, and deleted directly by customers in the Alarm.com app.
- With Account On/Off Test, use MobileTech or the Partner Portal to put an account into test mode and take it back off.
- Sensor Walk Test helps complete installations faster by verifying security sensor signals are successfully received.
- Cancel/Verify lets customers hold the button for three seconds to tell us exactly how to respond to an alarm situation.
- In-App Panel Panic allows customers to quickly alert emergency personnel that help is needed in the home.
