Partner Portal Guide: Search

Our universal search function allows you to search for an account by Account Number, Name, Address, or Phone Number. You can also use the Search function located on the top right on every page of the Partner Portal.

To get more granular with your Search, click ‘Search’ from the top navigation bar on the home page.

Search by Account Information

From here you can enter in Search criteria using the customer’s Account Information. The criteria include the following:

Account #
Name
Address
City
State
Zip
Phone Number
Device ID (IMEI)
User Defined Field
API Dealer Reference #
In/Out Service?

Click Search. Search by Account Information will display the first 500 results of the search. If the search yields more than 500 results, the results page will advise you of how many and to refine your search further.

Search by Event History Occurrence

If you are looking for a specific event that occurred for a customer you can use the Search by Event History Occurrence. From here you will enter in the following:

Date and Time Frame of Occurrence
Service Type

Click Search.

Search by Contact Information

From here you can enter in Search criteria using the customer’s Contact Information. The criteria include the following:

First Name of Contact
Last Name of Contact
Contact Phone Number
Contact Email Address
Contact Passcode

Click Search.
