Partner Portal Guide: Event History
The Event History section of the Partner Portal allows you to see all signal activity and operator actions for a particular location.
Viewing Event History
Select the Event History link on the left hand side of the account page.

From here you can select the time frame of what you would like to view. The default option shows the activity for the last seven days. However you can select from All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, or a Custom Date Range.

To input a Custom Date Range, click ‘Custom’ from the Drop Down Menu. From here, you can indicate the start and end date for the search criteria.

Once you have the time period selected, click the Search button. All of the activity will be displayed on your screen as shown below.

Once the search results are displayed, you have the ability to filter by the Service Type of an event and by a particular Account Number linked to the site.
Filtering by Service Type
Click the Filter by Service Type drop down menu and make the appropriate selection(ex. Burglary, Fire, Medical, Trouble, etc.). There are many different service type options which are color coded for easier viewing.

Filtering by Account Number
By default the system will display the history for all accounts linked to this site. To view one account in particular, click the Accounts drop down menu and make the appropriate selection.

Filtering for Activity Comments
Activity Comments are part of Portal+, a premium offering which brings CRM and other non-monitoring features to the Affiliated Partner Portal. If you would like to learn more and request access, click here or review our Activity Comments Guide.
If you have access to Activity Comments, the Portal will automatically include them in the results, allowing you to see how they correlate to monitoring events.

Additionally, the Activity Comments toggle will allow you to change how they are displayed.

- Hide
This option will hide Activity Comments from the Event History results - Show
This is the default option. It will include Activity Comments in the results. - Show Only
This will only show Activity Comments. Note that this will also deselect all Service Types and check Hide Operator Actions. The See All Comments link uses this option.
Listening to a Call Recording
Call recordings are available for listening the Partner Portal. Simply go to an event associated with a call recording and click the play icon in the Media column as shown below.

Doing so will highlight the row in Event History and open a player at the bottom of the page, allowing you to listen and scroll through history without losing track of the event and recording.

If you would like to download the recording, click the download icon in the Media column. This will download as a .mp4 file. If you wish to obtain a call recording that is not available via the Portal, please contact Partner Support.
Viewing a Stella Transcript
Transcripts are available for some outbound calling events associated with our Stella platform. Look for the transcript icon in the Media column as shown below.

Clicking on this icon will open a modal containing a transcript of everything Stella said to the contact and if the contact pressed any buttons in response to the prompts.
