Test

After clicking on an account, the technician will automatically be brought to the Test page which will reflect the customer’s account number(s), full name, address and phone number. From the Test page there is the ability to place the entire account on test, specific zones or specific service types for a period of up to 24 hours. If greater than 24 hours is needed for the test, please log into the Partner Portal and you may extend the test from there.

Once an account is placed on test, the green “Not on Test” bar will change to red indicating the account is “On Test”, the duration of the test and what zones are on test. You can clear the test by clicking on the trash can icon or simply clicking “Clear All Tests”, which will then prompt you to enter in your password.
