After logging in, you will be brought to the Search page of the Technician App which will also provide you with a list of your Recently Accessed Accounts or you may click on the drop-down menu to toggle between a list of accounts currently In Alarm or On Test. To access an account, simply click on an account or click on the magnifying glass and type in the customer’s account number, name, or address.
