ASAP to PSAP Jurisdictions

We are an early adopter and champion of the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) to Public-Safety Answering Point (PSAP) program and currently utilize the system in over 70 jurisdictions across the United States.

The ASAP program reduces the amount of time required to provide responding authorities with the critical alarm information they need.

How it Works

During a dispatch, the standard telephone call from a monitoring specialist is replaced with a real-time push of information through this integration. Errors caused by misunderstandings or address confusion are virtually eliminated.
