We currently monitor elevator video accounts through Rath SmartView, MosaicOne, K-Tech, and Wurtec, though more supported platforms are expected in the future.<\/p>\n<p>With these platforms, we essentially will be dropping a URL to the webpage camera viewer into the site notes in MASterMind, the central station monitoring software we use. The preliminary setup steps are as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You will create an elevator account through the Dealer Portal (if you already have the CS number shelled for the site) or by calling into our Partner Support team at 800-434-4000. If you go the latter route, be sure to mention that you are setting up an elevator account and provide the phone number associated with the elevator.<\/li>\n<li>Add the lone elevator zone to the site and configure the contact list for the site. Typically, this zone is <span class=\"code\">99<\/span>, which also has an event code of <span class=\"code\">1575<\/span>. We\u2019ll handle the rest of the back-end site configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Configure the elevator to send signals into our elevator receiver number. That number is 877-720-6616.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Each elevator site must have its own unique dial-out\/GSM number associated with it. Elevators on the same property cannot utilize the same dial-out numbers as our receiver will not be able to interpret which elevator is in emergency.<\/div>\n<p>After the preliminary steps are completed, there are a few steps to take depending on what video platform your elevator will use.<\/p>\n<h2>Rath SmartView<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Create an account with Rath and set up the site through their service.\n<li>From the web viewer interface, we will need either the Elevator ID or the site URL. The Elevator ID will be found above the text communication box from the web viewer screen. The URL format will be <span class=\"code\">https:\/\/www.rathsmartview.com\/camfeed\/{######}<\/span>. The Elevator ID should match the token six digits at the end of the URL.<\/li>\n<li>Send us the Elevator ID or the URL and we will add it to the General Dispatch notes on the elevator video site you created. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>MosaicOne<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Create an account with MosaicOne and set up the site through their service.<\/li>\n<li>Contact MosaicOne and notify them that we will be the central station monitoring company associated with the site. This will allow the site to appear in our MosaicOne login (we have a separate central station login).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>K-Tech<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Create an account with K-Tech and log in to their portal.<\/li>\n<li>Activate your device per the instructions from K-Tech.<\/li>\n<li>Once the device is set up, from the K-Tech dashboard, go to the \u201cEmergency Devices\u201d menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cView\u201d on your device.<\/li>\n<li>Under the \u201cMonitoring\u201d header, click the link to select your monitoring center.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cAffiliated Monitoring\u201d as your monitoring center.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Wurtec<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Create an account with Wurtec and log in to their dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Under the account, enter <span class=\"code\">video+1@affiliated.com<\/span> as the \u201cMonitoring Service Email\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cProperties\u201d on the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select the property you want monitored by clicking the hyperlinked property \u201cName\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Under the \u201cProperty Detail\u201d tab, navigate to the Links section and copy the Magic Link.<\/li>\n<li>Send us the Magic Link and we will add it to the General Dispatch notes on your elevator video site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elevator Video Monitoring Setup Instructions Elevator systems with video are easy to setup for monitoring with Affiliated.
