Once the page has loaded, you will be presented with two possible options, \u201cManually enter accounts\u201d or \u201cUse filters\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest02.png\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: No more than 1,000 tests may be scheduled at once. If your search yields more than 1,000 results, please refine your search terms. Only the first 1,000 results will be placed on test.<\/div>\n<h2>Manually enter accounts<\/h2>\n<p>If you know the specific accounts you would like to place on test, choose \u201cManually enter accounts\u201d on Step 1. This will bring you to Step 2<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest03.png\"><\/p>\n<p>In the search bar, you can begin entering in the account number or name of the account.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest04.png\"><\/p>\n<p>In this example, the user has begun typing the account number, and they are offered a handful of suggestions as they type. When you see the account you desire, click on it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest05.png\"><\/p>\n<p>This will turn it into a tile in the search bar. If you would like to remove a selected account, click the \u201cX\u201d at the beginning of its tile.<\/p>\n<p>You can also look for accounts by typing the site name.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest06.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Just follow the same process to find more accounts. As you add them, you will see additional tiles.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Only active accounts will be suggested.<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest07.png\"><\/p>\n<p>At any time, you may click the Add button on the right to drop your selections into the table below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest08-1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Are you trying to put an account and all of its partitions on test? Bulk Test makes that easy by letting you check \u201cInclude Sub-accounts\u201d. When checked, the Portal will automatically look for them when the test is submitted. It is not necessary to search for and add each partition individually as long as they meet the criteria.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: A sub-account is defined as either of the following: a) a partition of the main account with a dash and partition ID in the CS#. (e.g. 1994456-1) or b) a CS# specified in the Alternate CS# field of a zone\u2019s processing rules.<\/div>\n<p>Keep searching and adding until you have all the accounts you wish listed in the table for review. If you would like to remove something from the list, click the \u201cX\u201d under the \u201cRemove column.<\/p>\n<p>When are you done making selections, click Next to proceed to Step 3.<\/p>\n<h2>Use filters<\/h2>\n<p>If you would like to place systems on test by prefix, Service Company, Corporate Account, or Site Location, choose \u201cUse filters\u201d on Step 1. This will bring you to Step 2.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest11.png\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prefix<\/strong><br \/>\nType a prefix into this box, and enter a comma to turn it into a tile. Once it becomes a tile, you may click the \u201cX\u201d on the tile to remove it.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Prefix here just refers to the leading characters in a CS#. You may type any number of characters your target accounts share in common. It does not have to be a traditional digital prefix of three numbers.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service Company<\/strong><br \/>\nSelect any number of Service Companies from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Corporate Account<\/strong><br \/>\nSelect any number of Corporate Accounts from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Site Location<\/strong><br \/>\nSelect any number of Site Locations from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: These options are based on your existing accounts, and the descriptions come from our database. If you would like help understanding any particular location listed, please contact <a href=\"mailto:partnersupport@affiliated.com\">Partner Support<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest12.png\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 2\/0.55; object-fit: cover; object-position: 0 0;\"><\/p>\n<p>In this example, the prefix of 199 has been entered, and two Site Locations have been selected. No Service Company or Corporate Account selections have been made.<\/p>\n<p>Click Apply Filters to view the list of accounts that will go on test. Only active accounts which meet all the criteria will be displayed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest13.png\"><\/p>\n<p>When are you done making selections, click Next to proceed to Step 3.<\/p>\n<h2>Set test date and service types<\/h2>\n<p>On Step 3 of the Bulk Test process, you will be able to choose an Effective Date and time, the Expiration Date and time, and Service Types. You may also leave a Comment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest09.png\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Time selections will reflect your time zone and will be adjusted to match each account\u2019s time zone settings so that all accounts are on test at the same time. For example, if you are in the Eastern Time Zone and start your bulk test at 2 PM, any accounts selected from the Pacific Time Zone will go on test at 11 AM.<\/div>\n<p>Once you have made your adjustments, enter your password and click Submit.<\/p>\n<h2>Confirmation<\/h2>\n<p>After you click Submit on Step 3, you will see a confirmation screen letting you know all the details you selected in the previous steps.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest10.png\"><\/p>\n<p>This confirmation screen is for the accounts selected in Step 2: Manually enter accounts. You can see that in addition to the three accounts selected above, the sub-accounts of United Bank Co. have also been placed on test.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/BulkTest\/bulktest14.png\"><\/p>\n<p>This confirmation screen is for the accounts selected in Step 2: Use filters.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to create more bulk tests, click \u201cSet up another bulk test\u201d at the bottom of the confirmation screen.<\/p>\n<h2>Viewing current and future bulk tests<\/h2>\n<p>The Current and Future Bulk Tests table displays all tests placed via the Bulk Test feature by you and other users at your company. Tests are displayed in your local time zone to prevent confusion.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/07\/bulkclear01.png\"><\/p>\n<p>The table displays the following information about each test:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Username<\/li>\n<li>Start Time<\/li>\n<li>End Time<\/li>\n<li>Comment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Bulk tests placed recently by users at your company may take a few hours to display here.<\/div>\n<p>To view additional detail about a test, click the icon in the Details column.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/07\/bulkclear01a.png\"><\/p>\n<p>This will open a modal with the same information as well as Service Types and the number of CS#s placed on test.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/07\/bulkclear02.png\"><\/p>\n<p>To view the CS#s and site names for each account on test, click the Download icon next to the number. This will generate a CSV file for you to review.<\/p>\n<h2>Clearing a bulk test<\/h2>\n<p>To end or cancel a bulk test, click the icon in the Clear column, or click on Clear Test when viewing the Details modal.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/07\/bulkclear01b.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Doing so will display the Bulk Test Clear modal with the same information. Enter your password in the Password field, and click Clear to confirm.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/07\/bulkclear03.png\"><\/p>\n<p>After you click Clear, the modal will close, and you should see a green toast message indicating that the chosen bulk test is being cleared. <strong>Do not close this window or navigate to a different page until it is finished.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/07\/bulkclear04.png\"><\/p>\n<p>When the test has been cleared, you will see another green toast message indicating success.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/07\/bulkclear05.png\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: The Clear Test function on this page will only clear the original bulk test. It will not clear any other tests on the respective systems.
