If you are not subscribed to <strong>Portal+<\/strong>, <a href=\"mailto:partnersupport@affiliated.com?subject=Sign%20Us%20Up%20for%20Portal%2B&amp;body=Please%20add%20Portal%2B%20for%20my%20company!\">contact Partner Support<\/a> to sign up.<\/p>\n<p>To navigate to the Integrations page, hover your mouse cursor over your name in the upper right-hand corner of any Portal page.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations01.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Click on Integrations in the menu that appears, and you will see the page and any available integrations to enable.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations02.png\"><\/p>\n<h2>Enabling the Podium Contacts Sync Integration<\/h2>\n<p>The Podium contacts sync integration allows you to reduce manual data entry and view contacts being monitored by Affiliated in Podium. By connecting your Podium account, you are permitting us to upload all the contacts from your accounts in <em>our<\/em> database into Podium. Each contact we add or update will appear with an &#8220;Affiliated Monitoring&#8221; tag that you can use for filtering.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: The upload will begin <em>processing<\/em> at 2 AM ET every morning. Depending on the number of contacts we have for you, your first upload may take more than one full day to complete. Future uploads should finish quickly within minutes.<\/div>\n<p>To enable the Podium contacts sync integration, click <strong>Connect<\/strong> on the Podium tile.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations_podium01.png\"><\/p>\n<p>The Portal will display a confirmation dialog box. Click on <strong>Sync<\/strong> to proceed with enabling the integration or <strong>Cancel<\/strong> to close the box<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations_podium02.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Clicking sync will navigate you directly to Podium, where you will be prompted to either create a Podium account or Sign in right below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations_podium03.png\"><\/p>\n<p>If you do not have a Podium account, take advantage of our <strong>10% discount<\/strong> by clicking on the following link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.podium.com\/affiliated-monitoring\/?utm_medium=sponsored_link&amp;utm_source=affiliated_monitoring&amp;utm_campaign=_evgr-noram-affiliated_monitoring-sponsored_link-external_tactic&amp;utm_term=prospecting&amp;SCID=7015G000001RER4QAO&amp;partner_id=0015G00001tiYl4QAE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10% Podium discount for Affiliated Monitoring partners<\/a>. Clicking on <strong>Create Podium Account<\/strong> on the authorization page will <em>not<\/em> include the 10% discount.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a Podium account, click on <strong>Sign In<\/strong>. Podium will walk you through logging into your account and ask you to <strong>Grant Access<\/strong> to Affiliatd Monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Please be aware that the integration only sends contacts to your account, checks if you have an &#8220;Affiliated Monitoring&#8221; tag, and adds the tag if you do not. Affiliated Monitoring does <em>not<\/em> access any other parts of your Podium account via this integration.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Sometimes, the authorization step may lead to a blank page, but the workaround is quick and easy. Open another tab or window on your browser, and go to your Podium dashboard. After it loads, return to the blank page and click Refresh on your browser window (F5 on your keyboard). You should be able to proceed without issue. We are working with Podium to get this resolved.<\/div>\n<p>After granting access, you will be navigated back to the Portal for Location Pairing, where you can confirm that contacts are sent to the correct location in Podium.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations_podium05a.png\"><\/p>\n<p>If you have multiple dealer numbers <em>or<\/em> multiple Podium locations, the dialog box will require you to specify how each dealer number and location should be paired. You may choose not to sync a dealer number by choosing &#8220;None&#8221; from the menu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations_podium05.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Location Pairing affects where new messages to the contact appear to be coming from. When you are done, click <strong>Submit<\/strong> to finish the integration setup. When you are done, you will see a messgae confirming that your settings have been updated, and the Podium tile will say &#8220;Connected&#8221; and display more options.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations_podium06.png\"><\/p>\n<p>You are done! We hope you enjoy using the integration.<\/p>\n<h2>Updating Your Location Pairings<\/h2>\n<p>If you wish to change your location pairings, click the <strong>Settings<\/strong> link in the Podium tile. This will allow you to make adjustments as needed.<\/p>\n<h2>Removing the Podium Contacts Sync Integration<\/h2>\n<p>If you do not wish to continue syncing your contacts with Podium, click on <strong>Disconnect<\/strong> in the Podium tile. This will prompt you to confirm your decision to disconnect.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations_podium07.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Clicking <strong>Yes<\/strong> will display a message indicating that the integration has been disconnected, and the Podium tile will be reset. Affiliated will no longer upload contacts each morning.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Integrations\/integrations_podium08.png\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Disconnecting the integration will not make any changes in Podium.
