For each of these sections you have the ability to edit the information presented by clicking the Edit link on the top right corner.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/SeeMyAlarm\/Portal\/SiteSystem\/sitesystem1.png\"><\/p>\n<h2>Site Information<\/h2>\n<p>The site section is used to view or edit existing site information. (<span class=\"asterisk\">*<\/span> indicates an editable field)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is the name of the location and\/or persons being monitored.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Address, City, State and Zip<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is the address of the site that is being monitored.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross Street<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Verification Phone 1\/2<\/strong><span class=\"asterisk\">*<\/span><br \/>\nThese are the phone numbers we are going to call to verify an alarm before dispatching. We recommend providing multiple phone numbers for Enhanced Call Verification (ECV). This will help to reduce false dispatches.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Site Status<\/strong><br \/>\nThis indicates whether the site is Active or Inactive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Site Type<\/strong><br \/>\nThis field indicates the type of location that is being monitored. (Ex. Residential, Commercial, PERS etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Corporate Account ID<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Site Passcode\/Site Passcode 2<\/strong><span class=\"asterisk\">*<\/span><br \/>\nThis is a word or number that the customer must have to verify and cancel an alarm or to get information about their account. The Site Passcode can be shared. If an individual password is desired, this will be set up under the Contacts Section of the portal. See <a href=\"\/a\/partnerresources\/seemyalarm-portal-guide-contacts\/\">SeeMyAlarm Portal Guide: Contacts<\/a> for further instruction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>System Information<\/h2>\n<p>This section is used to view system information that affects how the panel interfaces with the monitoring platform.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Account<\/strong><br \/>\nIf this site has multiple accounts linked together, a drop down menu will appear allowing you to switch between the different systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Account Status<\/strong><br \/>\nThis field will indicate whether the account is Active or Out of Service.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In Service Date<\/strong><br \/>\nThis field will indicate what date the account was placed in service for monitoring.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Out of Service Date<\/strong><br \/>\nThis field will indicate what date the account&#8217;s monitoring was cancelled.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Panel Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is a brief description of the panel at the site. This will assist both service technicians and monitoring specialists in interpreting the signals transmitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Panel Phone #<\/strong><br \/>\nThis indicates the phone number at the premises that the panel is connected to if applicable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Two Way Phone #<\/strong><br \/>\nIf Two Way Voice Communication is being used, this is the phone number of the device.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Device ID\/IMEI<\/strong><br \/>\nThis field indicates the Device ID or IMEI of the communicator being used.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Test Timer Frequency<\/strong><br \/>\nThis indicates at what interval the communicator will transmit a test timer signal (ex. Daily, Weekly or Monthly).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acceptable Test Timer<\/strong><br \/>\nThis indicates if the monitoring center should accept any signal as confirmation that the panel is communicating properly or if they should only accept a Test Timer signal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fail to Test Instructions<\/strong><br \/>\nThis indicates the response the monitoring center will take when a Test Timer is not received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Exporting Account Information<\/h2>\n<p>To export the full customer information, click the download icon next to \u2018Export Account Information\u2019.  This will include Site and System Information, Agencies\/Permits, Contacts, Zones, and System Users.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/SeeMyAlarm\/Portal\/SiteSystem\/sitesystem2.png\"><\/p>\n<h2>AlarmNet Information<\/h2>\n<p>Our web portal now has a direct connection to AlarmNet\u2019s data base. From this section you can view all of your AlarmNet information in one place.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>City Code<\/strong><br \/>\nThe City Code is the two-digit number (01 to 99) representing the AlarmNet network serving your area.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CS Code<\/strong><br \/>\nThe CS Code or Central Station ID is a two-digit hexadecimal number (01 to FF) representing your Central Station&#8217;s unique assigned number within the AlarmNet network in which you participate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MAC<\/strong><br \/>\nThe MAC is a special identifier used to link your radio to AlarmNet\u2019s servers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Device Type<\/strong><br \/>\nThe make\/model of the radio installed at this location.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supervision<\/strong><br \/>\nThis will show what supervision plan is being used for this radio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Last Status Check-in<\/strong><br \/>\nThis section will indicate the last time the radio checked in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Next Status Check-in<\/strong><br \/>\nThis section will indicate when the radio is scheduled to check in next.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Current Supervision State<\/strong><br \/>\nThis will show you if a radio is in currently in a Comm Fail state or if the status for the radio is normal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Partner Resources Home Documents &amp; Forms How-To Guides Partner Portal Partner App SeeMyAlarm Portal SeeMyAlarm App Working with Affiliated Contact Us SeeMyAlarm Portal Guide: Site &amp; System Information The Site\/System Information page is used to view or edit the basic customer and panel information for an existing location.
