Click Schedules on the left navigation panel.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/schedules1.png\"><\/p>\n<h2>Adding a Schedule<\/h2>\n<p>Click the Add Schedule button and follow the Schedule Wizard.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/schedules2.png\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/schedules3.png\"><\/p>\n<p>You have the option now to name the schedule. You can also select the Temporary checkbox to make the schedule temporary so long as there is a permanent one already. Then, click Next.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hours of Operation<\/strong><br \/>\nThe hours of operation show when the location is to be disarmed and armed on each day of the week.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/schedules4.png\"><br \/>\nEnter in the hours and Click Next.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Irregular Open\/Close Instructions<\/strong><br \/>\nThis section shows you how irregular Open and Close signals will be handled.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Early Open Window<\/strong> &#8211; Enter the number of minutes or hours the site can be opened before the scheduled opening time without generating an alarm. For example, if you enter 30, and the site is scheduled to open at 8:00 a.m., then the site can be opened as early as 7:30 a.m. without generating an alarm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Late Open Window<\/strong> &#8211; Enter the number of minutes or hours the site can be opened after the scheduled closing time without generating an alarm. For example, if you enter 30, and the site is scheduled to open at 8:00 a.m., then the site can be opened as late as 8:30 a.m. without generating an alarm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Late Close Window<\/strong> &#8211; Enter the number of minutes or hours the site can be closed after the scheduled closing time without generating an alarm. For example, if you enter 30, and the site is scheduled to close at 5:00 p.m., then the site can close as late as 5:30 p.m. without generating an alarm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Early Close Window<\/strong> &#8211; The number of minutes or hours the site can be closed before the scheduled closing time without generating an alarm. For example, if you enter 30, and the site is scheduled to close at 5:00 p.m., then the site can close as early as 4:30 p.m. without generating an alarm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Instructions<\/strong> &#8211; Select how we are to handle Irregular Openings, Fail to Open and Fail to Close.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Keep in mind certain instructions may incur an additional charge. Please contact Partner Support for more information.<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/schedules5.png\"><br \/>\nEnter in the Instructions and Click Next.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Holiday Hours<\/strong><br \/>\nThis section shows the annual holidays that the location observes.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/schedules6.png\"><br \/>\nEnter the observed holidays for the schedule and click Finish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Adding a Temporary Schedule<\/h2>\n<p>Once you have a permanent schedule added, you can add another and make it temporary. Click Add again, name the temporary schedule and click Temporary checkbox.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/schedules7.png\"><\/p>\n<p>This will now allow you to enter the Effective and Expiration time frames. Continue with the schedule wizard as normal.<\/p>\n<p>As you add multiple schedules, permanent or temporary, they can all be found using the drop-down menu at the top.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/schedules8.png\"><\/p>\n<h2>Editing a Schedule<\/h2>\n<p>If you need to edit the information you can click the edit link on the top right of each section.
