By hovering your mouse cursor over your name in the upper right-hand corner, you should see a link to your profile; on mobile, tap on your name to see the same option.<br \/>\nThe profile page allows you to update the following personal information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>First Name<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Last Name<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cell Phone<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Password<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/Login\/login9.png\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: The Portal requires an Email or Cell Phone on file but only one or the other. We encourage you to provide both just in case there is an issue with one in the future when resetting your password or authenticating your login.<\/div>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: Your username cannot be changed. If there is a reason to change your username (e.g. you&#8217;ve changed your last name), we can delete your user and create a new one with the desired username as long as it&#8217;s not taken in our database.<\/div>\n<h2>Forgot Password<\/h2>\n<p>If you cannot remember your password or would like to change it, click the \u2018Forgot Your Password?\u2019 link under the Login button.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/Login\/login2.png\"><br \/>\nYou will then be prompted to enter your Username for the Partner Portal. Click Submit.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/Login\/login3.png\"><br \/>\nIf you have both an Email Address and a Phone number on file with Affiliated the next page will prompt you to select which way you would like to receive the link to reset your password.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/Login\/login4.png\"><br \/>\nIf you choose to have the link sent to your email address you will receive an email. If you choose to have the link sent to your phone you will receive a text message. Click or tap the link.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/Login\/login5.png\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/Login\/login6-1.png\"><br \/>\nThe link will take you to your web browser on your PC or cellphone. From here you will enter in the New Password you want to use. Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters and contain at least one of three of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, or a special character. Click Submit.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/Login\/login7.png\"><br \/>\nOnce you click submit, the page will refresh to show you that your password has been changed successfully.
