The default option shows the activity for the last seven days. However you can select from All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, or a Custom Date Range.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/EventHistory\/eventhistory2.png\"><br \/>\nTo input a Custom Date Range, click \u2018Custom\u2019 from the Drop Down Menu. From here, you can indicate the start and end date for the search criteria.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/EventHistory\/eventhistory3.png\"><br \/>\nOnce you have the time period selected, click the Search button. All of the activity will be displayed on your screen as shown below.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/05\/eventhistory4.png\"><br \/>\nOnce the search results are displayed, you have the ability to filter by the Service Type of an event and by a particular Account Number linked to the site.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: By default the system will display all of the operator actions as well as the signal activity. To only view the signal activity, check the Hide Operator Actions box.<\/div>\n<h2>Filtering by Service Type<\/h2>\n<p>Click the Filter by Service Type drop down menu and make the appropriate selection(ex. Burglary, Fire, Medical, Trouble, etc.). There are many different service type options which are color coded for easier viewing.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/05\/eventhistory5.png\"><\/p>\n<h2>Filtering by Account Number<\/h2>\n<p>By default the system will display the history for all accounts linked to this site. To view one account in particular, click the Accounts drop down menu and make the appropriate selection.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/05\/eventhistory6.png\"><\/p>\n<h2>Filtering for Activity Comments<\/h2>\n<p>Activity Comments are part of <strong>Portal+<\/strong>, a premium offering which brings CRM and other non-monitoring features to the Affiliated Partner Portal. If you would like to learn more and request access, <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.affiliated.com\/learn-more-about-activity-comments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click here<\/a> or review our <a href=\"\/a\/partnerresources\/how-to-guides\/partner-portal\/partner-portal-guide-activity-comments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Activity Comments Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have access to Activity Comments, the Portal will automatically include them in the results, allowing you to see how they correlate to monitoring events.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/ActivityComments\/activitycomments05.png\"><br \/>\nAdditionally, the Activity Comments toggle will allow you to change how they are displayed.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/Guides\/ActivityComments\/activitycomments04.png\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hide<\/strong><br \/>\nThis option will hide Activity Comments from the Event History results<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is the default option. It will include Activity Comments in the results.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show Only<\/strong><br \/>\nThis will only show Activity Comments. Note that this will also deselect all Service Types and check Hide Operator Actions. The See All Comments link uses this option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Listening to a Call Recording<\/h2>\n<p>Call recordings are available for listening the Partner Portal. Simply go to an event associated with a call recording and click the play icon in the Media column as shown below.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/05\/eventhistory7.png\"><br \/>\nDoing so will highlight the row in Event History and open a player at the bottom of the page, allowing you to listen and scroll through history without losing track of the event and recording.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/05\/eventhistory8.png\"><br \/>\nIf you would like to download the recording, click the download icon in the Media column. This will download as a .mp4 file. If you wish to obtain a call recording that is not available via the Portal, please contact Partner Support.<\/p>\n<h2>Viewing a Stella Transcript<\/h2>\n<p>Transcripts are available for some outbound calling events associated with our Stella platform.
